We do our best to respond as soon as possible, however please allow up to two weeks for a reply. If you haven’t heard back after this time, please send a gentle follow-up.

Giles House Psychology is co-located in the same building as Centre for Anxiety & OCD, and Authentic Allies Psychology. Please enter the building through the entrance on Henley Beach Rd.  

Client Parking: There is a carpark behind the building, with entry from Rawlings Avenue. There is also plenty of free on-street parks available on Rawlings Avenue.  

Public Transport: There are several bus routes travel along Henley Beach Rd. Bus Stop 7 on Henley Beach Rd is conveniently located near Stephens Ave.

    Therapeutic support is provided during scheduled sessions rather than through email or messaging. If you need support between sessions, we can discuss options during your appointment.

    Email is not a secure form of communication, so we recommend limiting personal or sensitive information in email messages where possible.

    We aim to respond to administrative emails within 3–5 business days where possible.

  • Giles House Psychology is unable to provide crisis support or monitor communication outside business hours. If you are in immediate distress or unsafe, please contact Emergency Services (000) or Lifeline (13 11 14).
