Support for Adults
Who We Support at Giles House Psychology
Giles House Psychology provides therapy for adults who are seeking greater understanding, support, and ease in their lives.
We have a particular passion for working with Autistic and ADHDer adults, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and people living with chronic health conditions.
Many of the people who come here have spent years feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. They may be used to coping, pushing through, or adapting to expectations that never quite fit.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of these experiences, and begin building a life that feels more sustainable, meaningful, and aligned with who they are.
There is nothing wrong with needing support in a world that hasn’t always supported you.
– Alex Giles
